A video shows a Hmong man in east St. Paul being dragged outside by ICE agents with just shorts and crocs on Sunday morning in freezing weather. His family tells me his name is ChongLy Thao and that he’s a U.S. citizen who has no criminal record. They say agents broke down the door, cuffed ChongLy, and even put a gun to his daughter-in-law’s head.
