Reps as in plural? What do I look like, a triathlete? In all seriousness, the rep range you’re operating in doesn’t matter as much as you’re probably worrying about. If the goal is muscle growth, obviously you should be aiming for more than 1 😂. Depending on the exercise, I usually operate between an 8-12 or 6-8 rep range target. However, the intensity of the set, the muscle recruitment you get, and how close youre able to take that set to failure matters more than hitting a rep target when you
