Here are some of my favorite ITB exercises. Basically you want to strengthen up the muscles around the ITB at the hip to offload the IT band so it’s not working so hard when you run. If you want to stretch and foam roll your ITB you can, but often it really hurts (mainly foam rolling) and it does very little in the long run to help settle your symptoms.
