Finding stability and balance in tree pose, or any standing yoga pose for that matter, can be a struggle and we’ve all had to break the sequence to find balance at one point in practice. So consider this tip, as well as taking a breath and focusing your gaze, engage your lower legs by spreading your toes wide and feeling the heaviness through your feet.
