280 MHz comparator can drive 1.8 V logic

The LTC6752 comparator features a toggle rate of 280 MHZ and propagation delay of 2.9 ns with rail-to-rail inputs that operate from 2.45, 3.5, or 5 V. The ICs output can operate as low as 1.71 V.
